Shipping Information

All orders are shipped through USPS + UPS.

Priority Mail transit time: 1-3 business days

Ground Advantage transit time: 2-5 business days

Local Delivery

This option is only available for a 10-mile radius.  

Processing Time

Our current processing time is 1-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address Issues

If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us at info@Izzyfaith.com immediately. If your order has not been shipped yet, we can update it for you. Once it has been shipped out, it is out of our hands. 

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us. We can issue you a refund or reship it to you if you are willing to cover the additional shipping cost.

If your shipping address does not exist when we are attempting to ship it out, we will reach out to you for an updated shipping address. The order will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours if we do not hear from you.
