Refund policy

Returns

Our products are single use so we do not accept returns. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds and cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately. If your order has already been shipped it cannot be cancelled.

If your order has been refunded, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
